Soon everyone will return to regular outdoor sports. Remember to take care of your joints, use special footwear and never bite off more than you can chew. The time of good weather is also the time of the greatest number of potential injuries to muscles, tendons and joints. If you experience an injury during training – do not wait – consult a specialist. Sometimes a small but neglected injury may turn into a serious problem.
